The Ullman Group is led by its Founder & President, Cody Ullman. With 24 years of experience in real estate business as an owner, broker, operator, Cody brings a keen insight, coupled with his marketing negotiating skills, in service of his client’s needs. Growing up on the UB Ranch in California time spent at his family’s Colorado Oregon ranches, have given Cody an appreciation of a lifestyle that he is fortunate enough to pursue through business, with the knowledge of his family’s three generations of real estate experience in tow.

The Ullman Group is the culmination of nearly a decade’s work in striving to become the most well-positioned entity to serve its client’s ranch, equestrian estate, vineyard needs. Previously, Cody was the co-owner managing partner of an international ranch marketing brokerage firm until its sale in 2020. Following the sale, Cody accepted the position as Director of the Ranch Equestrian Estates Division, for Christie’s International Real Estate. A position created for Cody; a first in Christie’s 250-year history. This position has since evolved for Cody into the Director of the Ranch Equestrian Estates Division, for both Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno Christie's International Real Estate Aspen-Snowmass, who collectively have 20 offices 650 brokers agents in California, Colorado, Nevada.

 

Cody has had the honor of being a three-time member of the exclusive Christie’s Masters Circle, as well as being a panelist at Christie’s Specialist Conference, presenting to an international audience regarding ranch equestrian properties.
