The Ullman Group is led by its Founder & President, Cody Ullman. With 24 years’ experience in real estate and business as an owner, broker, and operator, Cody brings a keen insight, coupled with his marketing and negotiating skills, in service of his client’s needs. Growing up on the UB Ranch in California and time spent at his family’s Colorado and Oregon ranches, have given Cody an appreciation of a lifestyle that he is fortunate enough to pursue through business, with the knowledge of his family’s three generations of real estate experience in tow.
The Ullman Group is the culmination of nearly a decade’s work in striving to become the most well positioned entity to serve its client’s ranch, equestrian estate and vineyard needs. Previously, Cody was the co-owner and managing partner of an international ranch marketing and brokerage firm until its sale in 2020. Following the sale, Cody accepted the position as Director of the Ranch and Equestrian Estates Division, for Christie’s International Real Estate. A position created for Cody; a first in Christie’s 250 year history. This position has since evolved for Cody into the Director of the Ranch and Equestrian Estates Division, for both Christie’s International Real Estate Sereno and Christies International Real Estate Aspen-Snowmass, who collectively have 23 offices and 650 brokers and agents in California, Colorado, and Nevada.
Cody has had the honor of being a three-time member of the exclusive Christie’s Masters Circle, as well as being a panelist at Christie’s Specialist Conference, presenting to an international audience regarding ranch and equestrian properties.

As an executive assistant to Cody Ullman, Brittani Tom brings a wealth of experience and expertise from her distinguished career in the real estate industry.
